ONLY FITS ON PRO TAPER BARS, PIT BIKE OR TUTTIOS. This is a black foam pad for pro taper bars or tuttios! Make sure that your bars have a little thing on top to hold the foam pad or it will not fit! Like if it comes with the yellow one and you want to switch it out for the black one it will work! No refunds unless it comes broken originally! must send photo/videos! To install you can just take it out of the foam pad and un-velcro the cover and switch it out for the yellow one thats usually on the stock bars.
